Message I believe that stock wheels weigh approximately 16-17 pounds.

So, I would say that a wheel which weighs more than 25 pounds would be considered heavy and noticeable upon acceleration.

But, that's just my opinion.

I have only driven my car with stock wheels, 350Z 18 inch 6 spoke wheels and my current Enkei RPO1s which are very light for 18 inch wheels in the widths that I have 8.5fr and 9.5r.

The Enkei RPO1s are hard to find though.

Maybe somebody going from stock wheels to the sportmax's or ADR's will chime in.

It probably won't be noticeable to the average person, but anybody who tracks their car will be able to tell.
